1. What hours is Nugrow open?

Our opening hours are
Wellington Point: Mon-Sat 6am till 5pm.
Springfield: Mon-Sat 6am till 5pm & Sundays 8am till 1pm.

Both locations are closed on public holidays.

2. Do you deliver 7 days a week?

Yes, Nugrow can deliver 7 days a week, usually on the same day as ordering. Delivery anytime between 7am & 5pm.

3. Is there a minimum quantity of bulk stock I need to buy?

There is no minimum of sand/soil or mulch you need to buy.  We can load 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 mtr upwards onto your ute or trailer, or you can buy by the bucket, shovel or container. If bags are required our staff can make them up from any of our bulk products. White sand bags for children’s sandpits are pre-bagged for convenience.

4. Can I pay for my load COD?

Yes customer’s can pay COD on delivery in cash, or over the phone via credit card before your order is despatched.

5. What soil do I need for a vegetable garden & underturfing?

NuPremium soil-Composted organic mix, green waste enhanced.  Mixed with sand for easy drainage qualities. PH level between 7-7.4.  No extra fertilisers needed for initial planting or laying of grass. Nu-grow mix all of our own soils & potting mix on-site at our Wholesale yard at Swanbank.

6. How much volume is a 1m3 of mulch/soil?

Equivalent to 4 wheelie bins full of product

7. How far does a 1m3 of product go when spread on the ground?

20m3 @ 5cm thick

10m3 @ 10cm thick

8. How much can your trucks carry?

Our fleet of trucks can carry various volumes, starting from ½ metre and ranging to truck and dog bulk loads.

9. If I am concreting how many bags of cement will I need per metre of concrete blend?

A  4 :1 ratio requires 16 x 20kg bags of cement (GP or GB) per 1 mtr of concrete blend. 4:1 ratio = 4 shovels of concrete blend to 1 shovel of cement. Nugrow can deliver out both concrete blend and cement in the same delivery. We also have edging available for boxing, re-inforcing rods and mesh in stock.

10. Can you deliver out plants as well as soil?

Generally we are able to deliver both our bulk soils and plants/bagged products In one load at no extra cost.

11. Do you have turf available?

Yes we can pre-order turf either in house or over the phone.  We have several varieties available including Blue couch, Winter Green & Palmetto. Nugrow have a turf display if you wish to choice what variety you wish to use. If you are looking for a specialised grass please ask our staff for pricing and availability.
