Brickies Loam

Brickies Loam 50/50: Derived from the Jacobs Well area this blend of loam and washed sand is a favorite amongst the brickies fraternity. Ideal to lay bricks and can be used as the sand layer for pool/pond liners.

Plaster Sand

Plaster Sand: This is the sand component that is used in producing brickies loam. The main use is when laying concrete blocks as the sand is “sharper” which means that when mixed with water and cement the sand still has enough body to hold the weight of a concrete block.

Bedding Sand

Bedding Sand: Is a Medium to Coarse Sand that when looked at closely has a pebbly look about it. Ideal sand to use under pavers as it does not contain any silt so its texture remains the same whether it is wet or dry. It is a salt free sand which means it has a wide range of uses in horticulture.

Playground Sand

Playground Sand: A certified clean sand that is used throughout crèche and kindergarten sandpits throughout Brisbane. Certificate is available on request.

White Sand

White Sand: The whitest and cleanest sand that we stock. Has a multitude of uses ranging from children’s sandpits, back yard beach, beach volleyball courts or even a white mortar finish with your brick work.

Fill Sand

Fill Sand: Is an unwashed fine sand that the trade sector use as an under slab fill. Can also be used to mix with organic matter and apply to the garden.
